Main Chemical Composition: Stilbene derivative

Property: 1. With bluish violet color
2. Soluble in soft water as much as 80 times weight, 300 ppm in hard water
3. Anionic type, alkali endurable, can be used in one bath of anionic and nonionic surfactant.
4. To be unendurable ion of copper and iron, etc. Unsuitable to be used in cationic dyestuff and surfactant.
Application: 1. Whitening agent for cellulose base fibers and cotton fabrics.
2. Whitening agent for white pattern in discharge printing of cotton fabrics.
3. Brightening agent for light colored cellulose base fibers.
Process:
1.exhaust whitening process:
BC: 0.12-0.8% (o.w.f.), bath ratio: 1: 5-30, dyeing temperature: 40°C- 100°C
Na 2 SO 3 : 0-10g/l., start temperature: 30°C, heating rate: 1-2°C/min, keep the temperature at 50-100°C for 20-40min, then lower to 50-30°C’ wash ’ dry ( 100°C ) ’ setting (120°C-150°C)×1-2 min( add proper amount leveling agent according to the leveling effect).
2. Padding Process:
BC: 1.2-8g/l, residue liquor ratio: 100%, one dip and nip ’ dry( 10°C ) ’setting (120°C-150°C)×1-2 min
